3rd Annual Wastewater Treatment & Reuse Conference MENA 2026

The 3rd Annual Wastewater Treatment & Reuse Conference MENA will take place on 3–4 June 2026 at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers, Abu Dhabi, UAE. The event will bring together government entities, utilities, water authorities, wastewater treatment plant operators, EPC contractors, developers, consultants, technology providers, investors, and sustainability leaders to discuss the future of wastewater treatment, reuse, and circular water management across the MENA region.

As water scarcity, population growth, industrial expansion, and climate pressures continue to impact the region, wastewater reuse has become a key priority for national water security strategies. The conference will highlight how treated wastewater can be transformed from a waste stream into a valuable resource that supports agriculture, landscaping, district cooling, industrial operations, and urban development.

The event will focus on advanced treatment technologies, smart wastewater systems, digital transformation, AI-driven monitoring, IoT sensors, digital twins, membrane technologies, industrial wastewater solutions, decentralized treatment, PPP models, project financing, ESG integration, and circular economy opportunities. It will also explore how regional strategies such as the UAE Water Security Strategy 2036 and Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 are accelerating investment in sustainable wastewater infrastructure.

Wastewater MENA will provide a platform for public and private sector stakeholders to discuss project pipelines, regulatory frameworks, operational challenges, funding models, and innovation trends. The conference will also support knowledge exchange between municipalities, utilities, developers, engineering firms, environmental consultants, technology providers, and investors working to improve wastewater treatment and reuse across the region.

The 2026 edition will place strong emphasis on practical solutions that can help the MENA region reduce freshwater dependency, improve treatment efficiency, strengthen environmental protection, and create more resilient water systems. By focusing on both strategic planning and technical innovation, the event will help stakeholders identify new opportunities for collaboration and long-term sustainable growth.

With its third edition, Wastewater MENA continues to serve as a focused regional platform for the wastewater sector. The event aims to support the shift from traditional wastewater management toward integrated, resource-efficient, and investment-ready systems that contribute to water security, sustainability, and circular economy development across the MENA region
