Selection procedures

Under environmental and social Impact Assessment, consultants will be tasked with preparation of an environmental and social impact assessment (ESIA) and a resettlement action plan. The Design and Documentation will include; Design reports and drawings and Bidding documents. This structured approach ensures thorough planning, analysis, and documentation, facilitating the successful execution of the project.

Consultants can form joint ventures to improve their chances of qualification. EEP expects the consultancy service assignment to last about 10 months. They do not require individual experts’ CVs at the shortlisting stage, and key experts will not be evaluated at this stage.

Eligibility and selection procedures will follow the African Development Bank’s “Operations Procurement Manual” (October 2015), available on the bank’s website. Interested parties should provide evidence of their qualifications and capability to perform the required services.
