The Kenyan government has been actively working on sanitation projects like the Othaya Sewerage Project with a target is to achieve 100% access to sanitation by the year 2030. This aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 6, which focuses on clean water and sanitation.
