Shell Nigeria Gas (SNG) has announced plans to set up a gas supply and distribution infrastructure in Nigeria. The firm sealed the development deal with Oyo State Government where the project will be constructed.
By establishing a robust gas supply and distribution network, the project aims to meet the energy needs of industrial and commercial consumers, thereby boosting economic productivity and creating job opportunities.
The project involves construction of a 15km of pipelines route with a substantial capacity to deliver up to 60 million standard cubic feet of gas per day across the state. The initiative aligns with the broader goal of driving development and fostering investment in the region.
